Go Green Smoothie
WHAT YOU NEED:
2/3 cup (150ml) plant milk
handful of spinach
1 fresh pineapple ring
1/4 cucumber
1/2 medium banana
1/2 apple, cored
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. maca powder
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Using a high-speed blender, first blend together the milk and spinach. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend again until smooth.
